  • Onsite Inclusions

    What do you provide?
    72 inch round tables, white folding chairs, 2 staff members, entire house, bridal suite, groom’s den, 11am-10pm timeframe, string lights for dancing, parking, setup and breakdown, cleaning, 13 6ft tables, and 6 cocktail tables (can be short or tall).

    What rentals do you have?
    We have 8 heaters, 8 umbrellas, games package, string lights for reception area, and mobile bars. See pricing list.

    Are there getting ready rooms onsite?
    Yes, we have a Suite and Den available during your package time! The suite is fully of a vanity, countless mirrors and outlets, comfortable seating, beautiful lighting, and en-suite bathroom. The Den is a spacious room with a pool table, chess, multiple closet spaces, comfortable seating, Bar, and full-fridge.

    Can we add on time before or after the contracted 11am-10pm timeframe?
    Yes, you can add on time before 11am for getting ready until 8am for an additional fee. However, we do not allow time to be added after 10pm due to our permit. 10pm each event ends, but 10pm-11pm is used for cleanup.

    Do you include Rehearsal/drop off before our event date?
    Yes, we schedule a 1-hour Rehearsal time with you the day before your event to drop off all alcohol, décor, and for you to run through the Rehearsal with your Coordinator (1 hour total time). More details on timing are dependent on other events.

  • Payments + Vendors

    Are there refundable payments?
    The date-hold retainer is non-refundable and due to book and confirm the date. If you cancelled your event 60 days before the date, you would sign a cancellation letter and be released from your final payment.

    Are there any hidden fees or additional gratuity/taxes added?
    No, the facility fee includes all taxes and we do not require gratuity to be added.

    What is the payment structure?
    Your $3800 date hold retainer is due to book the date. Then, the remaining facility fee + additional rentals if added, are due at your 60 day walkthrough with your Coordinator. We accept cash, credit card (3.2% bank fee applies), and check.

    Do you have any hotels nearby?
    4 Major hotels only 5 minutes away from us in Woodland.
    Davis is only 15 minutes away
    Airport is 10 minutes away
    Downtown Sacramento is 15 minutes away

    Typical pricing for Caterers, Coordinators, and DJ’s that are required? Coordinator: $3500+. Caterer: $70+/person. DJ: $2500 average

    Do you have a tent or indoor option if it rains? We do have a covered arena that can be used for your ceremony or reception, if additional restrooms were provided. We recommend multiple tent companies on our Vendor List that can provide a large reception tent that easily fits on our lawn, or smaller tents for our cocktail hour/dancing areas.

  • Onsite Restrictions + Alcohol

    Is there a guest count minimum? What is your capacity?
    We host events with 1-300 guests, no minimum.

    Do you allow smoking?
    We’re a non smoking property, but if someone absolutely has to, they can under the carport in our Parking Lot

    Do you allow sparklers or lanterns? What kind of Grand Exit can we do?
    No sparklers- fire hazard. Other options: bubbles, glow sticks, lanterns on ground in enclosed container (no floating lanterns), getaway car. 

    Do you allow a dance floor on the grass?
    No.

    Do you allow dogs on property?
    Yes! They can only be onsite for photos and ceremony. More details in contract. Dog cannot be in the house, left in a car, and must be taken off property after photos- I always recommend Holiday Inn hotel (5 minutes away) because they have a dog friendly floor

    Do you require event insurance?
    Yes, we require day-of liability insurance from the client and all vendors who are onsite, with us listed as Additionally Insured. Day-of insurance should not cost more than $250.

    What are your alcohol restrictions?
    We allow beer bottles, wine, and 2 specialty drinks! No full bar, shots, or straight drinks are allowed. For the specialty drinks if you have our Bar Package, then we pre-batch them in dispensers, without ice, then when requested, pour over ice and garnish.

    Do we bring all alcohol?
    Yes! You bring any type of beer, wine, and 2 specialty drinks with garnishes that you like.
