Large Conference Room

This large space is ideal for your next Corporate Meeting up to 45 attendees. Use our HDMI cord to plug into the 90’ TV for your powerpoint presentation or connect to our fast WIFI. Additional use of our house is included in our Corporate packages with space for coffee, lunch, and an afternoon snack.

Small Conference Room

This cozy room is ideal for the smaller meetings that do not require AV equipment. Comfortable seating for 8 attendees, with views of our Homestead Lawn create a casual environment.

The Courtyard

This space is wonderful for wine tasting, mixers, lunch, or even a welcome area for your event! Located next to our Large Conference Room with a vintage fireplace, concrete pad, and grass area, you can fit up to 150 attendees in this intimate area.

Holiday Parties

Our beautifully modern home is the perfect space for your holiday party for up to 90 guests! Floor to ceiling windows in most spaces bring the outdoors in, while our timeless Christmas decorations will get your guests into the spirit of the season.

Friendsgiving and Intimate Dinners

Host your own Thanksgiving or intimate dinner from 8-20 guests in one of our private rooms! All packages include our “Dummy Kitchen” so you can bring beverages to be placed in our refrigerator, and prepared or Catered dishes for an easy self-serve buffet.
*No cooking onsite allowed and unavailable on Holidays
