What type of events do you host?

The Maples is the perfect place to hold any event! We love hosting Weddings, Corporate Events, Birthdays, Bridal/Baby Showers, Bar-Mitzvah, Corporate Retreats, and more!

Our three unique locations at The Maples can accommodate events up to 300 guests.

How soon should I reserve The Maples?

We recommend you reserve your date as soon as you are certain that The Maples is the venue for you! Our busy season is typically from Spring to Fall, but we do have available dates. You can reserve your event date by providing a deposit and signed contract.

Are multiple events booked at The Maples at the same time?

We only host one event at a time to keep your event more private!

How many people can you accommodate at The Maples?

We have three unique spaces at The Maples each with different details- Homestead & Fireplace, Maples Stables, and the Arena. All three spaces can accommodate varying guests ranging from 50-300.

Will there be someone present at my event to assist me?

The Maples will have two staff members, along with security for your event. For weddings, we do require a professional and licensed Event Coordinator to help keep the event flowing smoothly.

What is included when I book The Maples?

Along with one of the beautiful spaces, The Maples provides  72’ round tables and white folding chairs, professional event staff, and security.  For events over 100, we provide valet service.

How late can our event go?

The music must be turned off by 10:00pm for every event.

Is it possible to host our fundraiser at The Maples?

Do we need an Event Coordinator?

For weddings, we do require a professional and licensed Event Coordinator to help keep the event flowing smoothly. For a list of our Approved vendors, please email us.

How long before the event can we have access to The Maples so that we may prepare it?

The Maples allows guests and their vendors to access the site 2 hours prior to their booking time.
